The service

IntelliGuider provides educational software for organizing textbooks and learning material into study, practice, testing and progress experiences. Features may evolve over time.

Accounts

• Adult users are responsible for maintaining the security of their email/password credentials.
• Student Login IDs and PINs must be kept secure and used only by the assigned learner.
• Parents, teachers, schools and administrators must only create or manage student profiles when authorized to do so.
• You are responsible for information and educational materials uploaded through your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse IntelliGuider or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or malicious material.
• Do not interfere with platform security or availability.
• Do not use another person's account without authorization.
• Do not use the platform to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Educational materials

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or authorization to upload and use textbooks, scans and other educational content. IntelliGuider does not grant ownership rights in third-party educational materials.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated or AI-assisted material may contain mistakes. Users should verify important learning content against the textbook, teacher-approved material or another authoritative educational source.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may require a subscription or other payment. Prices, billing periods, included features and taxes will be shown before payment.

Access to paid features may be suspended or limited if a required payment fails, expires or is reversed.

Refunds

Payments are governed by the IntelliGuider Refund Policy. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, paid subscription charges are non-refundable after successful activation of the purchased service.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party failures, internet issues, security events or technical problems may temporarily affect availability.

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security concerns, non-payment, violation of these terms or legal requirements. Users may stop using IntelliGuider at any time, subject to applicable subscription terms.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IntelliGuider is provided as an educational technology service and is not responsible for academic outcomes, examination results or decisions made solely from automated or AI-generated material.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
